Dawlish Warren is a popular sandy North which extends north for close to a mile to the mouth of the River Exe. Facilities are close to the beach. The Dawlish Warren Nature Reserve can also be visited. As part of the Exe Estuary, Dawlish Warren is one of the country’s most important areas for wildfowl and wading birds. Thousands of birds come to feed or spend the winter here, attracting bird watchers and wildlife enthusiasts.
