While some deals in the Cotswolds and France have unfortunately been delayed due to owner-related issues, this has made us reconsider the suitability of our parent company’s name, South Devonshire Holidays Ltd.
To reflect our broader ambitions, we’re pleased to share that South Devonshire Holidays Ltd is now officially Reliance Retreat Limited.
What Does This Mean for You and Our Guests?
Absolutely nothing changes for you or our guests.
- We’ll continue to trade as Devon Holidays for guests and South Devonshire Holidays for Finlake Owners.
- You may notice the new parent company name on some communications, but everything else will remain the same.
This change represents our commitment to expanding in a sustainable way, including acquiring properties in locations where peak seasons differ from ours, helping to maintain a steady cash flow throughout the year.
