The outside porch leads into the modern and brightly decorated lounge/kitchen/dining area fitted with vinyl flooring throughout. Double glass doors lead to an extensive and recently replaced decking area equipped with a patio table and four chairs. It’s a perfect place to enjoy a morning drink in the sun.

The recently refurbished hot tub is the ultimate relaxation spot to be enjoyed by our guests. It is conveniently located on the lodge decking and shielded by a privacy screen.

The modern and beautifully furnished lounge area is warm and cosy with an electric fireplace, a coffee table and a couple of sofas with scattered cushions. There is a Sony 43-inch Smart TV and free wireless broadband. 

The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with an integrated dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer together with crockery & cutlery, a microwave oven, kettle, toaster, double electric oven, stainless steel cooker extractor and four-burner gas hob. The dining area provides a modern wooden table and five wood faux leather chairs situated by a glazed window, which lets in a lot of light, giving that excellent spacious feel. 

The master bedroom features a comfy double bed, bedside tables, overhead storage space and a mirrored wardrobe with overhead and internal storage space. There is also a wall mounted Freeview TV. There is an en-suite bathroom comprising WC, shower enclosure and sink unit.

The second bedroom features two very comfortable single beds and a bedside unit. There is plenty of wardrobe space and an overhead storage area. A wall mounted Freeview TV is also provided.

Fresh bed linen is supplied for every stay.

The main bathroom includes a WC, washbasin and pedestal and bath with an overhead shower. Fresh luxury hand and bath towels are provided for all guests upon arrival.

Enclosed refuse disposal area is close to the lodge.

The lodge is located within Haulfryns Finlake Resort & Spa, set across 130 acres of beautiful Devonshire countryside. It is right on the doorstep of Dartmoor National Park and only a short drive away from the seaside (English Riviera). The on-site leisure complex offers a heated indoor and outdoor pool with water flumes, an adventure playground, a luxury spa, and a fitness centre. Various on-site group activities for all ages are available for booking at the resort, and so are the tennis and basketball courts. The two on-site coarse fishing lakes are full of bream, roach, dace, large crucian carp and perch. The on-site café and the Retreat (Sports Bar & Restaurant) serve lovely breakfasts, lunches and dinners. In the evenings you can also enjoy a game of pool or occasional guest singers.

The resort, owned and managed by Haulfryn Group Limited, offers a fabulous leisure complex with a heated indoor waterpark/pool, excellent fitness centre, well-equipped gym, sauna, and steam room. Children will love the outdoor pool with a water slide and a splash area for toddlers during the summer months. Similarly, the onsite adventure park, nature trails, tennis courts, coarse fishing lakes and horse riding provide sporting opportunities for everyone. 

The onsite Retreat Bar and Restaurant serves lunch and à la carte evening meals. Similarly, the Hub offers breakfast, light bites and an extensive takeaway menu for the guests to enjoy freshly cooked food in the comfort of their own accommodation. There is also an electric car charging point in the main car park.
