The outside door leads into the contemporary, spacious, brightly decorated lounge/kitchen/dining room fitted with vinyl flooring. Double glass doors lead to a deck equipped with a wooden patio table and chairs. It’s a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee in the sun, admiring the view. 

The six-seat tub with 33 hydrotherapy jets is the ultimate relaxation spot to be enjoyed by our guests. It is conveniently located on the lodge deck and shielded by a privacy screen.  

The modern and beautifully furnished lounge area is warm and cosy, with an fireplace with an electric fire, a coffee table and two large sofas. There is a large free-standing  Smart TV with Netflix enabled, and free wireless broadband. The comfortable dining area has a large wooden dining table and sturdy chairs. The sitting area is situated by a glazed window, which lets in a lot of light, giving that excellent spacious feel. 

The fully fitted stylish plan kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and a few special extras (e.g., dishwasher and washing machine). The luxurious master bedroom features a king-size bed, a large wardrobe and an en-suite shower room.  The en-suite shower room is fitted to a high standard and includes a shower cubicle and a thermostatic shower mixer. 

The second and third bedrooms feature two superbly comfortable single beds and a bedside unit. Fresh bed linen is supplied for your stay, allowing you to have the most relaxing sleep during your time away. 

The main bathroom has a bath with a shower overhead, a vanity mirror, a toilet, a washing basin and a chrome towel rail.  Fresh luxury hand and bath towels are provided for all guests upon arrival. 

Set in 130 acres of beautiful Devonshire countryside and within a driving distance from the seaside, Tree Top Lodge is the perfect self-catering holiday rental.  It is ideal for a romantic short break or a fun-filled family holiday and is maintained to the highest standards. 

The resort, owned and managed by Haulfryn Group Limited, offers a fabulous leisure complex with a heated indoor waterpark/pool, an excellent fitness centre, a well-equipped gym, a sauna, and a steam room. Furthermore, onsite group activities for all ages and abilities (e.g. archery, aeroball, Segway safari, axe throwing) are available on the resort site. Why not try something new or adventurous (e.g. sea scooters, fencing) Or maybe have a game of tennis or golf at the local golf course? Our guests are also welcome to visit the luxury on-site Sirona Spa. It is the perfect place to relax, rewind and reset.  

Children will love the outdoor pool with a water slide and a splash area for toddlers during the summer months. Similarly, the onsite adventure park, nature trails, tennis courts, coarse fishing lakes and horse riding provide sporting opportunities for everyone. 

The onsite Retreat Bar and Restaurant serves lunch and à la carte evening meals. Similarly, the Hub offers breakfast, light bites and an extensive takeaway menu for the guests to enjoy freshly cooked food in the comfort of their own accommodation.
