The outside porch leads into the contemporary and modern-looking lounge/kitchen/dining room. Double glass doors lead out to a generously sized decked area to the side and back of the lodge equipped with a wooden patio table and six chairs. It is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee in the sun. 

The six-seat hot tub with thirty-three hydrotherapy jets is the ultimate relaxation spot. It is conveniently located on the lodge decking and shielded by a privacy screen.

The modern and beautifully furnished lounge area is warm and cosy with an electric fireplace and luxury freestanding sofas. There is a large free-standing Smart TV and free wireless broadband. The dedicated dining area has an extendable table and comfortable chairs. The sitting area is situated by a glazed window, which lets in a lot of light, giving that excellent spacious feel. 

The fully fitted open plan kitchen is equipped with everything you will need and a few special extras (e.g., dishwasher). The luxurious master bedroom features a king-size bed and a wardrobe. Off the main bedroom, you find an ensuite. It is fitted to a high standard and includes a shower cubicle and a thermostatic shower mixer. The second bedroom features two superbly comfortable single beds and wardrobes. The third bedroom also features a bunk bed sleeping two as well as cabinets. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided, allowing you to have the most relaxing sleep during your time away. 

The main bathroom has a bath, a toilet, a wash basin, and a chrome towel rail.

It is right on the doorstep of Dartmoor National Park and only a short drive away from the seaside (English Riviera). The two on-site coarse fishing lakes are full of bream, roach, dace, large crucian carp and perch. The on-site café and the Retreat (Sports Bar & Restaurant) serve lovely breakfasts, lunches and dinners. In the evenings you can also enjoy a game of pool or occasional guest singers. 

The resort, owned and managed by Haulfryn Group Limited, offers a fabulous leisure complex with a heated indoor waterpark/pool, excellent fitness centre, well-equipped gym, sauna, and steam room. The onsite Retreat Bar and Restaurant serves lunch and à la carte evening meals. Similarly, the Hub offers breakfast, light bites and an extensive takeaway menu for the guests to enjoy freshly cooked food in the comfort of their own accommodation.
